What is Ask Gia?
Ask Gia is an AI assistant inside GydeOS that helps brokers quickly find answers to client, plan, and carrier questions using information available within the platform.
How does Gia generate answers?
Ask Gia uses information available in GydeOS, including client and plan data when selected, to generate responses. When available, responses include citations so you can review the source material.
For general questions, Gia may also search the internet to provide more up-to-date and accurate responses.
Do I need to select a client to use Gia?
No. You can ask general questions without selecting a client. Selecting a client allows Ask Gia to tailor responses to that individual’s coverage and plan details.
Are Gia responses always accurate?
Ask Gia is designed to provide helpful and relevant answers, but it may occasionally generate incomplete or incorrect information. Brokers should always verify important details using official carrier documentation.
Is client information secure?
Yes. Ask Gia follows GydeOS access controls. Brokers can only access conversations and client information for clients assigned to them. Agency admins may have broader visibility based on their role.
Are conversations saved?
Yes. Conversations can be accessed through the History icon in Ask Gia. However, information entered in a conversation is not automatically saved to the client profile as structured data.
Can I provide feedback on responses?
Yes. You can use the thumbs up or thumbs down icons to provide feedback, or select Try Again to regenerate a response.
