Gia can now help you inside GydeOS
Gia, Gyde’s Intelligent Assistant, is now in GydeOS. Within GydeOS, brokers can chat with her to quickly find answers to client and plan questions using information already available in the platform. Gia will help save time during live client conversations by surfacing key details instantly, without needing to dig through carrier portals, PDFs, or multiple internal systems.
Instead of manually searching for benefit information or policy details, brokers can ask Gia directly and get clear, contextual answers in one place.
What Gia can help with today
Today, Gia is best for quick lookups and plan questions that can be answered from the data and documents Gyde already has. This includes:
Client demographic and contact information
Policy and enrollment details
Plan benefit questions for Medicare plans using plan documents like the Statement of Benefits (SOB)
Evidence of Coverage (EOC) information (when available)
General insurance knowledge and terminology
General research questions using web-based sources
Gia is designed to ground responses in the underlying data or documents and provide context on where information comes from, so brokers can confidently share information with clients.
You can ask Gia in two ways:
Ask about a specific client when you want answers grounded in that client’s policy and plan documents
Ask generally when your question is not tied to a specific client
When should I ask Gia?
Ask Gia a question when you need an answer for your clients quickly, like confirming a client or policy detail, checking a deductible or copay, or clarifying what a benefit includes. It is especially helpful when you want to avoid spending time searching through documents or external websites while speaking with a client.

What is coming next
Gia’s capabilities in GydeOS will expand over time. Planned future capabilities include deeper provider network and pharmacy or formulary support, more advanced analysis across your full book of business, and additional integrations and surfaces. We also expect to broaden support beyond Medicare into additional lines of business, such as ACA and Small Group, as the product evolves.
