Gia is Gyde’s intelligent assistant that communicates directly with clients on behalf of brokers. Gia helps brokers deliver consistent, high-quality support at scale by handling outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling so brokers can focus on higher-value client conversations.

Designed to work alongside brokers, Gia supports client engagement while keeping humans firmly in control.


What Gia does

Gia supports brokers by managing common client communications and next steps, including:

  • Reaching out to clients through SMS
    (voice outreach by phone is coming in a future release)

  • Sending personalized reminders and follow-ups based on timing, engagement, and client responses

  • Helping clients take action, such as scheduling a meeting or confirming next steps with their broker

  • Answering common questions and escalating more complex requests to the broker when needed

  • Capturing and summarizing key conversation outcomes directly inside GydeOS

These capabilities help ensure clients receive timely, consistent support without adding manual work for brokers.

Gia is designed to check in with clients proactively throughout the year, not just during peak moments.

Gia can:

  • Follow up automatically when a client has not responded

Clients can reach out to Gia at any time, even outside of business hours.

Gia can resolve many common questions immediately and, when a request requires broker involvement, escalates it promptly. This ensures clients feel supported while brokers stay focused on the conversations that matter most.

Direct Client Communication

Gia communicates with clients through SMS. Each agency has a dedicated phone number so that clients have a consistent point of contact for all communications with Gyde.

Voice outreach by phone will be available in a future release.

Gia is designed to safeguard every client interaction.

  • All scripted messaging complies with HIPAA and CMS policies

  • Gyde will never request sensitive personal or financial information

  • Outreach follows standardized workflows designed to reduce risk and ensure consistency

Transparency by Design

Brokers control which clients participate in Gyde’s outreach and can review all interactions within GydeOS. Each engagement is summarized, with full transcripts available to track conversation outcomes. Brokers maintain complete visibility at every step, and summaries catch brokers up to speed for quick briefings before meetings.

If a client asks to speak with their broker, Gia routes the request right away. The broker is notified instantly, and all escalations are recorded and viewable in the Campaigns page.


Built on Trusted AI Models

Gia is powered by large language models from OpenAI and Anthropic, enabling natural, accurate, and adaptive communication. Gyde also leverages LiveKit for advanced voice models, supporting realistic, high-quality speech interactions.

The system is closely monitored and continuously refined by Gyde’s engineering team to maintain strong standards for reliability, privacy, and performance.


Clear Boundaries on Data Access

Client data access is carefully controlled and protected.

  • Brokers can only view their own client records and conversations

  • Agency principals and admins can view their own clients and those of their downline brokers

  • No external users or vendors have access to client data or outreach activity

These safeguards ensure privacy, security, and trust across all client communications.
