Overview

GydeOS is the home base for managing your book of business across Gyde’s AI-powered workflows. It centralizes broker, client, meeting, and campaign information so you can move seamlessly from servicing to outreach to follow-up, all in one place.

GydeOS supports key broker workflows including renewal scheduling and campaigns, coverage guidance and recommendations within the platform, and Ask Gia as an on-demand support tool for client, plan, and carrier questions. Owners and administrators can access downline brokers’ client lists and activity to oversee performance, support their team, and manage accounts at scale.


Ask Gia Page

Ask Gia is your virtual Gyde Intelligent Assistant inside GydeOS. Use it to quickly find answers to client, plan, and carrier questions and to get help preparing for client conversations.

Select a client to receive answers grounded in that client’s information and plan details. You can also view past conversations, open citations when available, and start a new chat at any time.


Broker Page

The Broker page is your profile hub in GydeOS. It includes your core contact information and certifications, and helps ensure your details stay current for servicing and outreach workflows.

For principals and administrators, the Broker page provides a centralized view of downline broker profiles, making it easy to locate key broker details and manage oversight in one place.


Clients Page

The Clients page is your book of business in GydeOS. Use it to view, organize, and manage all client records in one place. Select an individual client to access their contact information and plan details.

Within a client’s profile, you can navigate to Campaigns to view outreach activity and full transcripts of Gyde’s conversations with that client. Principals and administrators can also view downline brokers’ client lists and use filters to quickly see each broker’s book for easier coaching, coverage, and renewal support.


Meetings Page

The Meetings page allows users to manage their schedule and see all meetings, past and upcoming. Set your availability and meeting length –– Gia will schedule around your preferences. Filter by campaign or client to seamlessly track different lines of business and individual client status. Principals and admins can access all downline brokers’ meetings and get insights on client interactions across their team.


Campaigns Page

The Campaigns page organizes all outreach initiatives and client engagement. Users can track active and upcoming renewal campaigns and monitor client interactions with Gia. Jump from meeting to meeting with concise summaries of Gyde’s outreach and key client updates. For greater detail, view full transcripts of Gyde’s conversations with clients. The portal highlights Gyde’s recommended next steps, enabling brokers to quickly assess and address their clients’ needs.


Notifications Pane

The Notifications pane keeps you up to date on important activity across GydeOS. Use it to quickly review updates related to clients, meetings, campaigns, and follow-ups, so you can prioritize next steps without searching across pages.
