How the Activity Page Works in GydeOS

See everything Gia has done across your book — calls, texts, outcomes, escalations and goal performance — in one place.

Overview

Activity is the page in GydeOS that answers one question: what has Gia actually been doing for my clients? It pulls every call Gia finished and every text a client sent back into a single list, shows you the outcome of each one, flags the clients who need you personally, and scores how Gia is performing against the goals she is working.

You'll find it in the left navigation, between Ask Gia and Campaigns. Activity is rolling out agency by agency — if it isn't in your navigation yet, it hasn't been switched on for your agency.

What You See, and Whose Clients

Activity always shows your own book and nothing wider:

  • Brokers and agents see their own clients, plus the clients of any broker they assist.

  • Principals and admins see the agency selected in the header, and get an extra Broker filter at the top right to narrow every panel on the page to one broker. Leave it on All brokers to see the whole agency.

For principals, the feed shows the broker's name under each client. For brokers, that line tells you who reached out instead — Gia called, Client called in, or Client replied.

Setting the Date Range

The date picker at the top right sets the window for the whole page. It defaults to the last 30 days, and offers Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days and This month as presets — or pick any custom range by clicking a start date and an end date on the calendar. A range can span up to a year.

Two things deliberately ignore the date range, because they are about what needs your attention right now rather than what happened in a window: the In progress count and the Escalations panel.

Nothing on the page is remembered between visits. Reloading returns you to the last 30 days with all filters cleared.

The Four Headline Numbers

  • Meetings booked — meetings booked in the date range. This counts a client who booked themselves from a link Gia sent, and it still counts a meeting that was later cancelled, because the booking is what Gia achieved. A rescheduled meeting counts once.

  • Responded to Gia — clients who engaged in the range: they texted back, or they stayed on a call through to the end.

  • In progress — clients Gia is actively working a goal for right now. This is a live count, not a count for the date range.

  • Escalations — open escalations from the last 30 days. This always matches the count on the Escalations panel below it.

Under the four cards, up to three tiles show the goals Gia attempted most in the range, each with its completion rate.

Escalations

The red panel near the top lists the clients Gia has handed to you and that no one has cleared yet, from the last 30 days. Clicking a row opens the escalation in a panel on the right, which gives you:

  • What Gia flagged, and when

  • The client's name, phone number, assigned broker, and whether it came up on a call or over text

  • Why Gia escalated and a Recommended next step

  • The exchange that triggered it — the actual back-and-forth between Gia and the client

  • A link to the client's full conversation history

When you've handled it, click Mark as resolved. That takes it off the escalations list and out of the count — it does not message the client, and it doesn't erase anything. The escalation stays on the client's record, marked resolved, with your name and the date.

Anyone who can reach the client can resolve it, so a principal can clear an escalation on a broker's behalf. View all in feed jumps you to the feed below, filtered to escalations.

For the full picture on what makes Gia escalate and how you're notified, see Managing Escalations & Handoffs.

The Activity Feed

Everything Gia's done is the main list, newest first, loading more as you scroll. It holds two kinds of row: calls Gia finished, and texts your clients sent back. Each row shows:

  • Channel — an icon for an outgoing call, an incoming call, a missed call, or a text.

  • Client — the client's name, with the broker (principals) or who reached out (brokers) beneath.

  • What happened — Gia's summary of the call. If a call never connected you'll see the reason instead: No answer, The line was busy, Reached voicemail, and so on. For a text, you see the client's own words.

  • Goal — which goal Gia was working, for example a renewal check-in or a needs assessment.

  • Outcome — what came of it (see below).

  • When — how long ago it happened.

Click any row to open that client on the right.

Filtering the feed

Three controls sit above the list:

  • All / Calls / Texts — the channel.

  • Goal — narrow to one goal Gia is pursuing for your clients.

  • Outcome — narrow to one result.

What the outcome badges mean

  • Escalated — Gia handed this one to you.

  • Meeting booked — a meeting went on a calendar.

  • Responded — the client replied.

  • Follow-up scheduled — Gia will come back to the client.

  • Goal completed — Gia finished what she set out to do.

  • Couldn't reach — no answer, voicemail, a busy line, or the client hung up before a conversation started.

  • Opted out — the client asked to stop hearing from Gia.

A row can carry more than one badge.

Turning Off Gia's Outreach From the Feed

Where the goal on a row is one you can switch off — today that's the renewals tracks — each row gets a checkbox. Tick one or several, then use Suppress communications in the dark bar above the list and choose which track to stop — Renewal Needs Assessment or Renewal Outreach.

Two things worth knowing:

  • Suppression applies per client, not per row. Selecting three rows for the same client turns that client off once.

  • It is one-way in GydeOS. Gia stops that outreach at the client's next scheduled contact, and turning it back on goes through Gyde Support.

You can do the same thing from the client's record or from the Renewals tab — see How to Opt Out a Client.

The Client Panel

Clicking a client anywhere on this page opens a panel on the right with:

  • The client's name, phone, email and broker

  • Latest outcome — the most recent result Gia got with them

  • Upcoming nudges from Gia — what Gia plans to do next and when, for example a reminder text or a follow-up call, with the goal behind it

  • Their full Gia activity history — every call, text, meeting, email, form and escalation on one timeline

That history is the same timeline you'll find on the client's record — see The Activity Tab on a Client Record for what each kind of entry means.

The Performance Tab

The second tab scores Gia's work by goal over the same date range. Each card covers one goal and shows its completion rate large, then three rates and a short funnel:

  • Response rate — of the clients Gia attempted, how many engaged with her.

  • Completion rate — of the clients who engaged, how many ended with the goal met.

  • Ineligible rate — of the clients Gia attempted, how many turned out not to be reachable or eligible for that goal, or ran past its deadline.

  • Reached and Completed — the two bars, with the raw counts.

If a goal produced cross-sell meetings in the range, the card notes how many. Clicking a card takes you back to the feed, filtered to that goal, so you can read the conversations behind the number.

Not every goal gets a card — Gyde turns cards on per goal as they're ready to be reported on. Goals without a card still count toward the headline numbers and still appear in the feed.

What Activity Is For

Activity is a reporting and triage surface: it's where you check in on Gia's work, pick up the clients who need you, and stop outreach for a client who shouldn't be in it. Starting new outreach works differently — Gia's campaigns are built and scheduled by Gyde, not from this page. See Meet Gia for how that works.
