Gyde adheres to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

  • Role-based access: Brokers can only view their own client lists, while agency principals and admins can see their clients and those of their downline brokers’.

  • Audit logging: Every data access and system action is tracked for full transparency.

  • Controlled visibility: Only authorized users within the agency ecosystem can view client data — no external vendors or third parties have access.


TCPA and FCC Compliance

All SMS and voice outreach strictly follows the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC communication standards.

  • Contact is made only with existing clients who have shared their contact details for service-related communications.

  • Every initial message includes a clear opt-out option.

  • Do Not Contact (DNC) requests are automatically enforced, immediately removing clients from future outreach.
