Capturing SOA and Consent Forms
Gia collects compliance forms before any plan review meeting.
Medicare (MA) clients: Gia collects a Scope of Appointment (SOA).
ACA clients: Gia collects a consent form.
Gia captures these digitally with timestamps and product selections, so you have a compliant record ready before every meeting.
Where to find a signed form
On the client's own record. Open Clients in the left navigation, select the client, then open their Activity tab. Consents sit on that timeline under Consents, showing how each one was captured — signed electronically in the mobile applet, signed over text, or agreed verbally on a call with Gia — and you can open the exact wording the client agreed to.

Is Gia HIPAA Compliant?

All SMS and voice outreach from Gia also follows TCPA and FCC communication standards. Every initial message includes a clear opt-out option, and Do Not Contact (DNC) requests are automatically enforced, removing clients from future outreach.
