Who can see client data?
Each broker can only view their own book of business. Agency principals and admins can also access data for their downline brokers and clients.
Can brokers see other brokers’ clients?
No, brokers are restricted to their own clients and cannot see another broker’s book of business.
How is broker and agency data privacy maintained?
Data is never shared across agencies. All information is encrypted and securely stored within the Gyde platform.
Where are call and text recordings and/or transcripts stored?
Recordings and transcripts are securely housed within the Gyde portal and linked directly to each client profile.
How long are recordings and transcripts kept?
Records are retained in accordance with compliance requirements and remain accessible to brokers and admins.
Can recordings or transcripts be downloaded?
Recordings and transcripts are viewable and playable directly within the Gyde portal, where they stay linked to each client's profile. There isn't a download button in the product, but if you need a copy of a specific recording or transcript, you can reach out to our support team and we can provide it as a manual request. The one export you can run yourself is the client list, which can be downloaded as a CSV or Excel file.
Is client authentication or other information required?
Yes. Before discussing any account details, Gia verifies the client's identity — for example, by confirming their date of birth. This protects client information during conversations, which may cover renewals, scheduling, enrollment, and qualification.
