Who can see client data?

Each broker can only view their own book of business. Agency principals and admins can also access data for their downline brokers and clients.

Can brokers see other brokers’ clients?

No, brokers are restricted to their own clients and cannot see another broker’s book of business.

How is broker and agency data privacy maintained?

Data is never shared across agencies. All information is encrypted and securely stored within the Gyde platform.

Where are call and text recordings and/or transcripts stored?

Recordings and transcripts are securely housed within the Gyde portal and linked directly to each client profile.

How long are recordings and transcripts kept?

Records are retained in accordance with compliance requirements and remain accessible to brokers and admins.

Can recordings or transcripts be downloaded?

Yes, conversations and engagement records can be exported directly from the Gyde portal.

Is client authentication or other information required?

No additional authentication is needed. The Gyde assistant only handles renewals and scheduling, not sensitive personal or financial details.
