Each client touchpoint text, voice call, or reminder is automatically logged and visible within GydeOS. You can:

Listen to recordings of voice interactions.
See timestamps and outcomes.
These records make it easy to monitor activity and confirm that each client is being reached and supported appropriately.
Conversation Records and Access
All client communications are securely stored within GydeOS for record-keeping and compliance. Brokers and agency admins can review them anytime.
If a client requests to speak directly with their broker, Gia immediately alerts the broker via email and in-portal notification.
While Gyde doesn’t currently integrate live with external AMS or CRM systems yet, all communication and campaign data can be securely exported. Our team can also help align data formats for seamless compatibility with your existing tools.
Campaign Insights
Each campaign includes key performance metrics such as:
Outreach start and end dates
Completion rates for key campaign actions, like scheduled appointments or onboarding acknowledgements.
Engagement summaries — including no-shows, follow-ups, and opt-outs
These insights help agencies track performance and quickly identify which clients still need attention before a campaign closes.
Data Accuracy and Consistency
If brokers or admins notice missing or incorrect information, they can contact Gyde support to make updates. We’ll pause active outreach to that client until the data is corrected, ensuring every message reflects the most accurate client information.
