Access and Scheduling

Does each broker only see their own book of business?

Yes, individual brokers will only see their own book of business.

What do admins see?

Principals and admins have broader oversight to downline brokers and their clients––leadership can view their agency’s downline brokers and all associated clients for compliance and management.

How do I see all downline agencies that I manage?

Visit the Broker page to see all downline broker information.

Will Gyde be within AgencyBloc? Or does Gyde have its own separate platform?

Gyde currently runs as its own AI-enabled platform. Integrations with AgencyBloc and other systems are planned for the future.

Can I still use my Calendly to set up meetings, or do I need to switch to only use Gyde?

You can absolutely keep using Calendly. Gyde syncs with your existing calendar to prevent double-bookings and maintain a seamless scheduling experience.

Can Gyde connect to any calendar?

Gyde is calendar-agnostic — it integrates with Google, Outlook, and other major scheduling tools. As long as your calendar is synced, Gyde automatically reads availability and avoids conflicts.

What happens when my calendar gets disconnected?

If your calendar becomes disconnected, Gia will no longer be able to view your availability. This means Gyde will be unable to schedule client meetings on your behalf because open time slots cannot be confirmed.

To avoid missed scheduling opportunities, please reconnect your calendar as soon as possible so Gia can access your availability again and continue helping schedule meetings with clients across Gyde campaigns (renewals, onboarding, and more).

How do brokers upload client data?

Most client data flows into GydeOS automatically from the Book of Business reports we receive from your Gyde-owned upline. If some clients are missing, an agency principal can upload additional Book of Business reports directly using the Secure Upload pane in GydeOS.

No clients are showing up in my account. How do I add them?

Your clients populate in GydeOS from the Book of Business reports we receive from your Gyde-owned upline, so they can take some time to appear after you join. If clients still aren't showing, an agency principal can upload the missing books directly using the Secure Upload pane on the left-hand side of GydeOS. This upload is available to agency principals, so if you're an individual broker, reach out to your principal to have your book added.

Please note you can only upload Book of Business reports for carriers you're contracted with through your Gyde-owned upline. Business written through a separate upline won't appear in GydeOS.

For any carriers where clients aren't showing yet, log into that carrier's broker portal, download the Book of Business reports, and then:

  1. Where you're able to select fields, include as many as possible.

  2. Download in CSV format.

  3. Name each file with the agency name, the carrier name, and the line of business (for example, SmithAgency_Humana_MAPD).

Once those are uploaded, we'll work to populate your full client list and follow up with any questions or data-quality issues.

What if the client needs to reschedule their meeting?

If a client needs to change their appointment time, they can simply reply to Gia's text message. The AI will handle the rescheduling process directly with them, helping find a new time that works for both the client and their broker.

What if I need to reschedule one of the meetings scheduled through Gia?

Gia supports rescheduling, so meetings booked through Gia can be moved to a new time. You can also reach out to the client directly to coordinate a time that works best for both of you.
