Recordings and transcripts are stored securely within the GydeOS platform, under each client’s profile.
Are records also saved in the agency's CRM?
Not currently. Records live within GydeOS, but you can export them at any time for your internal systems.
Does Gyde track campaign results or agent performance?
Yes. Gyde provides detailed reporting on campaign engagement, response rates, and outcomes, helping agencies measure performance and track results over time.
