Where are client recordings and transcripts stored?

Recordings and transcripts are stored securely within the GydeOS platform, under each client’s profile.

Are records also saved in the agency's CRM?

No. Records live within GydeOS, where recordings and transcripts can be viewed and played under each client's profile. They aren't exported into other systems today, but if you need a copy of a specific recording or transcript, you can reach out to our support team and we can provide it as a manual request. The one export you can run yourself is your client list, which can be downloaded as a CSV or Excel file.

Does Gyde track campaign results or agent performance?

Yes. Gyde provides detailed reporting on campaign engagement, response rates, and outcomes, helping agencies measure performance and track results over time.
