How to View and Provide Feedback on Coverage Recommendations in GydeOS

Updated over 2 months ago

Introduction:

Coverage recommendations are available directly in GydeOS and are designed to help you quickly spot clients who may benefit from additional coverage.

Follow the steps below to view these recommendations and provide feedback.

How to View Coverage Recommendations

Step 1: Log in to GydeOS

Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.

Step 2: Navigate to the Clients page

From the left-hand side navigation panel, select the Clients tab.

Step 3: View Gap scores across all clients

Scroll to the right of the Clients table to view the gap score columns. You will see:

  • Overall Gap Score

  • Dental Gap Score

  • Vision Gap Score

  • Hospital Indemnity Gap Score

  • Critical Illness Gap Score

These scores help you quickly identify which clients may have meaningful gaps in their current coverage and which products are most relevant to their needs.

You can filter by Overall Gap Score, sort any gap score column, and scan this table to prioritize which clients to review first.

Step 4: Click a client’s name to open their Client Contact page

This opens the individual client record where you will see three tabs: Client Details, Plans, and Campaigns.

Step 5: Open the Plans tab and scroll to Recommendations.

Within the client record, select the Plans tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Recommendations section

In the Recommendations section, you will see:

  • Each ancillary product listed

  • A gap score for each product

  • An explanation (in plain English) describing why the product may be relevant for the client

These recommendations surface actionable insights and give you the reasons behind each recommendation--so you can initiate client conversations with confidence.

Using Coverage Recommendations

Coverage recommendations are designed to support your decision-making, not replace it. The insights you see in GydeOS help you quickly understand where coverage gaps may exist so you can decide if and when to start a conversation with your client.

How to Provide Feedback on Coverage Recommendations

Step 6: Select Yes or No for each product recommendation.

In the Recommendations section, you will see the four ancillary products currently supported:

  • Hospital Indemnity

  • Critical Illness

  • Dental

  • Vision

You’ll see the Yes/No options and feedback box directly under each recommended product. For each product, select Yes or No to answer:

“In your opinion, is this product a good fit for the client?”

Note : You will also see a link to the client’s policy Summary of Benefits if you want to review plan details while providing feedback.

Step 7: Add qualitative feedback explaining your selection.

After selecting Yes or No, write a short note explaining why you chose that option. This context helps us understand what is driving your decision.

Step 8: Click Submit Feedback.

Once you have entered your feedback, click Submit Feedback to send your response.
