Introduction
Whether you're a broker checking your own details or an admin reviewing your downline, the Brokers page in GydeOS makes it easy to see key contact info, certifications, and links to clients and meetings. Here's how to find what you need based on your role.
For Broker Agents
Step 1: Log in to GydeOS
Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.
Step 2: Navigate to the Brokers page
From the left-hand side navigation panel, select Brokers.
Step 3: Review your Broker Information
Your broker record will appear, showing general information, including:
General Information
Name
Date of Birth
Certifications (e.g., FFM, AHIP) — AHIP is shown per plan year, so you'll see a separate entry for each year (for example, 2025 and 2026)
NPN number
Contact Information:
Email address
Primary and secondary phone numbers
Address information
From your broker record, use the quick-links underneath the name in the header to view your Broker Client List and Broker Meetings.
To request changes to any displayed information, email [email protected] or use the support chat icon in GydeOS.
For Admins / Principals
Step 1: Log in to GydeOS
Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.
Step 2: Navigate to the Brokers page
From the left-hand side navigation panel, select Brokers. Here, you will see a list of all your downline brokers.
Step 3: Select a Broker
Click the name of the broker whose information you want to view.
Step 4: Review the broker's record
This opens the broker's record, showing the same general and contact information as listed above for broker agents.
Use the quick-links underneath the name in the header to view their Broker Client List and Broker Meetings.
