Can brokers create or schedule their own workflows?

No, workflows can’t be customized by brokers. All Gyde workflows are pre-defined and tested to meet compliance standards. This ensures that every client receives accurate and timely communications while protecting brokers from regulatory or privacy risks.

Who sets the follow-up schedule to clients and can admins adjust it?

Gyde automatically manages follow-up schedules, adjusting timing based on client responses and engagement patterns. While brokers can view all follow-up activity in the portal, they can’t manually change the schedule or message timing.

Can Gia run ongoing or periodic follow-up campaigns beyond onboarding?

Yes. Beyond onboarding, Gyde runs its own campaigns to keep clients supported over time, such as renewal outreach, and we're continuing to add regular check-ins at key moments in the client relationship. These campaigns are designed and managed by Gyde to meet compliance standards, rather than customized by individual brokers, though you can opt clients in or out of them. We don't currently offer a build-your-own campaign tool.
