Introduction:

GydeOS account settings allow you to view your account information and manage how you sign in. From the Account Settings page, you can review your profile details, add or remove passkeys, and change your password.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Log in to GydeOS

Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.

Step 2: Open Account Settings

Once logged in, click the profile icon or arrow in the top-right corner of GydeOS. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu

This will take you to the Account Settings page.

Step 3: Review your account information

At the top of the page, you can view your account details, including:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Agency

If any of this information needs to be updated, contact Gyde support for assistance.

Step 4: Manage passkeys

Passkeys allow you to sign in faster and more securely using Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello.

To add a passkey:

  1. Navigate to the Passkeys section

  2. Click Add Passkey

  3. Follow the prompts on your device to complete setup

Once added, you can use your passkey to sign in without entering a password.

To remove a passkey:

Click the trash can delete icon next to the passkey you want to remove.

Step 5: Change your password

If you need to update your password:

  1. Scroll to the Change Password section

  2. Enter your current password

  3. Enter and confirm your new password

  4. Click Change Password to save your changes

You will see a confirmation popup indicating "Password changed successfully". Your new password will take effect immediately.

You’re all set. The Account Settings page is where you can quickly review your profile details and manage how you sign in, including adding passkeys and updating your password. If any of your account information needs to be changed (like your name, email, or agency), reach out to Gyde support for assistance.
