How to View Notifications and Edit Notification Preferences

Introduction

GydeOS notifications help you stay up to date on key client activity and meeting updates. You can view unread and read notifications directly in the Notifications panel, and you can customize how you receive notifications through your Notification Preferences.


How to View Notifications

Step 1: Log in to GydeOS

Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.

Step 2: Navigate to the Notifications panel

From the left-hand side navigations panel, select Notifications to open the Notifications panel.


By default, notifications appear under the Unread tab so you can quickly see what needs attention. Click the Read tab to view notifications you have already reviewed.


How to Edit Notification Settings

Step 1: Log in to GydeOS

Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.

Step 2: Navigate to the Notifications panel

From the left-hand side navigations panel, select Notifications to open the Notifications panel.


Step 3: Select the gear icon to open Notification Preferences.

Click the gear icon in the Notifications panel to open your notification preferences.

Step 4: Update your preferences.

Use the toggle switches under In-app to control which alerts appear inside GydeOS.

Use the toggle switches under Email to control which alerts you receive by email.


Notification Types (What you can toggle)

Depending on your role and settings, you may be able to turn notifications on or off for:

  • New Meetings
    Notifies you when a new meeting is scheduled for you.

  • Meeting Cancelled
    Notifies you when a scheduled meeting has been cancelled.

  • Meeting Rescheduled
    Notifies you when an existing meeting has been rescheduled.

  • Escalation
    Notifies you when an escalation request has been received from clients.

  • Auto-renewal
    Notifies you about updates related to auto-renewals from clients.

  • Toggle all
    Turns all notification types on or off at once for either In-app or Email notifications.
