Introduction:
The Agency Portal allows you to access all your client details in one place. While most client fields are currently read-only, you can still request updates or report issues easily through support.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Log in to GydeOS
Enter your log-in credentials to access your account and open the GydeOS platform.
Step 2: Navigate to the Clients page
From the left-hand side navigations panel, select the Clients tab.
Step 4: Click a client’s name to open their Client Contact page.
Select the client whose information you want to view. This opens the Client Contact page, where you can see general details, contact information, and campaign status.
Step 5: Request changes through Gyde support
Currently, all fields on this page are read-only.
To request changes to a client’s information, you have two options:
Email [email protected] with the details that need to be updated.
Use the Intercom Messenger at the bottom right in GydeOS to report an issue or request an update.
While client fields cannot be edited directly in the portal, these steps make it easy to request updates. Support will ensure your client information stays accurate and up to date.
