How to Add GydeOS to Your iPhone

You can add GydeOS to your phone’s home screen so it functions like an app. This allows you to quickly access Ask Gia and client information while on the go.


Add GydeOS to Your iPhone via Safari

Step 1: Open Safari

Open Safari on your iPhone.

Step 2: Go to GydeOS

In Safari, go to: ​agency-portal.gydehealth.ai

Step 3: Click the three dots

Tap the three dots located in the bottom right of your screen.

Note: Depending on your iOS version, you may not see these three dots. Instead, you may proceed to Step 4 where you may see the Share icon.

Step 4: Open the Share Menu

Tap the Share icon at the bottom of your screen.

Step 4: Add to Home Screen

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Step 5: Add GydeOS to Home Screen

Tap Add in the top right corner to confirm the addition to your home screen.

Step 6: Open from Your Home Screen

GydeOS will now appear on your home screen like an app.

Add GydeOS to Your iPhone via Google Chrome

Step 1: Open Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome web browser on your iPhone.

Step 2: Go to GydeOS

In Google Chrome, go to: ​agency-portal.gydehealth.ai

Step 3: Open the Share Menu

Tap the Share icon at the top of your Google Chrome browser.

Step 4: Add to Home Screen

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Step 5: Add GydeOS to Home Screen

Tap Add in the top right corner to confirm the addition to your home screen.

Step 6: Open from Your Home Screen

GydeOS will now appear on your home screen like an app.
