  2. Our Gyde Support Bot

    Within the GydeOS platform, you'll find a chat icon in the bottom-right of the screen. From there, you are able to start a conversation to ask any question or report any issue you may have. Our support bot will do our best to assist you and will escalate any conversations it cannot directly answer to our dedicated support team.

    This is useful for quick clarifications, simple troubleshooting, or to get in touch when you’re actively using our platform.
